Meta Arch began its journey over 35 years ago as an Interior Design and Turnkey Execution firm, operating across Pune and Mumbai. With time, it has grown into a multidisciplinary design studio, having delivered over 500 projects across healthcare, corporate offices, residences, institutions, industries, experience centres, and brand outlets.
Today, Meta Arch boasts a robust portfolio rooted in both design excellence and executional expertise.
While we bring strong proficiency in turnkey delivery, every project at Meta Arch begins with design—the true foundation of every successful interior. Our interior design services are offered in two broad phases: Concept Design and Design Development.
Concept Design
This phase focuses on translating client aspirations into a spatial layout and visual identity. It includes:

Layout & Spatial Planning
Using a blend of design expertise and computational tools, we create an optimised layout that meets both function and aesthetics. The process is iterative and collaborative, ensuring feedback is integrated seamlessly.
Budgetary Costing
A preliminary budget is prepared at this stage to help clients align their design decisions with financial planning.
3D Visualisation Once the space plan is approved, we develop realistic 3D renders that align with the client’s aesthetic and budget, offering a clear picture of the final design.
Design Development
Once the concept is approved, the design development phase translates the vision into actionable documentation. This stage is divided into four parts:
Schematic Design
Comprehensive 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) are created, and relevant consultants—MEP, structural, lighting, etc.—are onboarded. Designs are developed to LOD 300. MEP design can also be provided in-house by Meta Arch if required.
Tender Documentation
Detailed material specifications, finishes, and MEP single-line diagrams are prepared. These documents form the basis of contractor tendering—unless Meta Arch is appointed for turnkey execution, in which case this step is integrated internally.
Construction Documentation
At this stage, detailed BIM-based working drawings are created to LOD 400. This includes all required layouts, ceiling and flooring details, lighting and MEP layouts, furniture and carpentry details. The BIM model ensures clash detection and seamless coordination between consultants through a server-based collaborative system.
As-Built Documentation
After completion, a site survey is conducted and a detailed set of as-built drawings is prepared, reflecting the actual construction. This serves as a key reference for future operations and maintenance.
