Sonai Infrastructure Office, Pune

Welcome to the newly designed office of Sonai Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.! We're excited to share how we've created a space that not only boosts productivity but also makes work more enjoyable. The office spans 6,000 sq. ft, featuring 8 managerial cabins, 3 executive cabins, 2 meeting rooms, 1 executive reception, collaborative areas, 1 conference room, 60 seating workstation, and a pantry. This office transformation is a glimpse into the future of workspaces.

St. Joseph School, Pashan

Campus Master Planning for St. Joseph School in Pashan, Pune. Nestled amidst nature at the foot of a lush green hill, the campus becomes the most inspiring environment to imbibe education, discipline and great values in children.

The Business Hive, Pune

Located in a bustling neighborhood, The Business Hive is a volume of space containing multiple style boutique offices and retail stores. Designed for ease and flexibility, the building thrives to provide natural light and great views to the spaces inside.

The Palm Exotica, Watamu

Inspired by the the various patterns found in the rich culture of Kenya, the idea was to resemble the tribal cultural music instrument. Flanked by the seas, The Palm Exotica is a 370m high rise mixed-use 61 storey tower located on the island of Watamu. It is expected to be the tallest high rise building on the African Continent.

Zeida Beauty Lounge, Dubai

Being a fresh set up, it was fully necessary for the design of this project to establish the brand content in terms of ambience and experience. A space that could enhance the activities of a salon taking it further to being a place that is a chirpy hang out space for women of all ages. With very neutral pallets and schemes, the interior space allows the focus to be oriented more towards the activities, products and its vibrant colors.

Subsea Engineering Lab, MIT Pune

With the construction of this facility already in progress, our team was introduced to create an ambience that is in sync with the main purpose of the building - Subsea Engineering. With a view to formulate a complimenting environment, we went about adding elements and schemes to enhance the experience of the users and visitors.
