Binary Tower - IT Park

The design of the project is based upon the theory of Binary Code. In mathematics and digital electronics, a binary number is expressed in the Binary Numeral System which uses only two symbols: Zero and One (0 & 1). The number system is the basis for all binary code which is used to write data such as instructions that the computer processors use, or the digital text one reads everyday. The 0's and 1's in binary are used to represent 'Off' and 'On' respectively.

The Building's skin spells out its own name made in computer coding system. The skin would be named as the 'Binary Code Screen', so named because the facade is patterned with 1s and 0s - the digits that underpin the computer programming language Using a series of 0s and 1s to scrawl its name across its thirteen stories. The structure, like most architecture and arithmetic mash-ups is meant to represent the intersection of creativity and logic.
