Z Tower is a High Rise Tower Proposal with a height spanning more than 150m located at Bund Garden Road, Pune. The compact floor plate allows easy subdivision of categories in a vertical fashion. The lower floors dedicated to retail, mid floors for multilevel parking and the upper floors for commercial office spaces.
